Tech Support
In order to streamline support requests, track bug reports, and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. If you have experienced a problem with your Terralink software, we would like to hear about it. Every support request and bug report is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please provide as much detail as possible. Your feedback will help us to remain the best hazardous materials management software on the market today. Please be sure to visit our Frequently Asked Questions page prior to requesting support.
